In order to proceed please confirm that you have read and understood the following information about using this service.

Although you will be able to request a renewal form through this part of the website:

  1. You will only receive a renewal form through the post if your profession is renewing registration at this time.
  2. If you are two weeks or less from the beginning of the new registration cycle, you will receive a renewal form but there may be insufficient time for you to then return a completed form by your renewal deadline. In such cases, to ensure that your name stays on the Register, we strongly advise that you renew your registration using your online account.
