Council Apprentice


Oli is a registered Physiotherapist. He has enjoyed working across a variety of settings including the NHS, professional Paralympic and Olympic sport and now within Higher education teaching on the advanced clinical practice MSc.

A key focus for Oli has been on sustainability and wellbeing of our emerging workforce who face considerable challenges within a rapidly changing health care system. Oli is interested in how professionals develop and utilise soft skills and support mechanisms to ensure we communicate well, look after ourselves and our colleagues as well as delivering world class integrated patient care.

In his spare time, Oli enjoys gardening, long distance walking, playing beach tennis and his guitar, selling socks for good causes and has recently moved back to the south coast after an extended time in Scotland to be closer to family the seaside and friends.
