Neville is a Chartered Director (CDir) and a former HR Director (FCIPD) with  McCain Foods (GB) Ltd, Norfolk Constabulary, May Gurney Plc and Hyde Housing. Over the last 10 years he has pursued a portfolio career including HR consultancy, executive coaching and Non-Executive Director (NED) roles. His NED roles have included being a member of the Boards of West Suffolk Hospital and the East of England Ambulance Trust as well as a housing association and Chair of a charity for homeless young people. 

Neville is a member of the independent NHS Pay Review Body which makes recommendations to Governments on remuneration issues. He is also Treasurer (former Chair) of the Boys Brigade Canoe Club and a School Governor.
