With the updated standards of proficiency in effect from 1 September 2023, many employers will be seeking information on how they can best support their staff with meeting them.

This webinar is designed to help employers and managers of HCPC registrants do just that.

In this 45-minute session, we’ll cover the key content of the updates, ways of introducing them to your staff, recommended strategies for providing support and tips for helping staff to embed learning into practice. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions.

The webinar will be hosted by the HCPC’s Professional Liaison Consultants. This session will be recorded and the recording will be avalable afterwards.

Updated standards of proficiency

You can now view the standards for each profession, comparison tables of the changes, information on the key changes and access helpful resources including a gap analysis tool, fact sheets and videos.
