During the festive period this year, we’ll be closing our offices temporarily, beginning at 12 noon on 24 December. We’ll reopen on 4 January 2022 as normal.
We’ll respond to all queries as soon as possible on (or after) our return on 4 January. Although the majority of our services, including our telephone service, will be closed during the festive break, there are exceptions for some urgent queries. Information about these is below.
Christmas and New Year 2021
The deadline for radiographers’ renewal is 28 February 2022 (see all renewal dates).
During the break, we’ll only be able to respond to urgent queries via email. We’ll respond to all other queries following the reopening of our full email and telephone service on 4 January 2022.
If you’re a radiographer with an urgent query relating to your renewal, please email us on email@example.com.
Our new activation process for online accounts resolves the majority of account login issues. We encourage you to try this if your query is regarding a login issue.
If you’d like to request an update on your application, we’ll work hard to get back to you from 4 January onwards. While our offices are closed during the break, we’ll only be able to respond to urgent email queries.
For other registration enquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible when we return. If your enquiry needs an urgent response before 4 January 2022, please email the Registration team on email@example.com.
If you have an urgent press query between 24 December 2021 and 4 January 2022, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll respond to most media queries on or after 4 January.
Although our offices are closed over the festive period, you can still raise a concern about the fitness to practice of a HCPC registrant through our website. We will respond to your concern as soon as possible following our office reopening on 4 January.
The answers to many questions about Covid-19, vaccinations and registration can be found in our Covid hub. We’ll respond to Covid-related enquiries we receive over the festive period as soon as possible when we return on 4 January.
Our social media channels will not be providing direct responses during the festive period. If you have an urgent, time-sensitive query, please reach out to us via Facebook private message or Twitter DM; we’ll respond to all other queries after our reopening on 4 January 2022.
Information about logging in to your online account, activating your account and paying your fees is available in our renewals section. Accessing this may save you time waiting for a response while our offices are closed.
