During the festive period this year we’ll be closing temporarily, beginning at 12 noon on 23 December 2022*. We will reopen on 3 January 2023 as normal.
Our phone and email services will not be available during this time, and our social media channels will not be actively monitored. We will respond to queries as soon as possible on or after our return on 3 January 2023.

Online services
Our online services will continue to be available during this time. These services include:

- Your online account to renew your registration, update your details, or submit your CPD
- Check the Register
- Raise a concern
- Register of approved programmes
Information about logging in to your online account, activating your account and paying your fees is available in our renewals section. Accessing this may save you time waiting for a response while our offices are closed.
