Service announcement – missing pre-paid envelope

We are aware that some physiotherapists that received a letter from us recently on the topic of their direct debit, did not receive the planned pre-paid envelope. Please accept our apologies for this – we are aware of who has been affected and the missing envelope will be with them within five working days from today (3/9/19). The deadline for return has been extended by two weeks in recognition of the delay caused.

Why did this happen – unfortunately our third party mailing house forgot to include the envelope and are now in the process of delivering the envelope to you at no cost to HCPC.
