What to expect when you make an international application

Each application is being processed and assessed individually.

Therefore, the timeline for each application can vary depending on individual factors.

You'll hear from us once we have progress updates on your application.

We are currently receiving a very high number of international applications. This might affect the processing time of your application and mean that you'll wait longer than usual to hear from us. Please be assured that we're working hard to progress all applications as quickly as possible.

Prosthetists and orthotists

We are currently experiencing significant delays for the assessment stage of your application. This means we are unable to meet our usual processing times, and you will experience a longer wait than expected to conclude your application.

Sport and exercise psychologists

You can find information on processing times for specific parts of the application process in the below process stage pages.

We'll contact you at each stage of the process. When we contact you, we'll let you know what will happen next and whether we need any further information from you.

Unfortunately we're unable to acknowledge receipt of your documents or provide any individual progress updates in the meantime.

You don't need to contact us by email, phone or social media. We will contact you as soon as your application gets to the next stage of the process.
