Scoping report on existing research on complaints mechanisms
This report is the first in a series on the regulation of the heath professions registered with the HPC. This is a new departure, and reflects the HPC’s commitment to building the evidence base of regulation. We are planning to produce further publications over the coming years, each of which will explore different aspects of the regulatory landscape.
