In this section, you’ll need to upload your standards of proficiency mapping document. This document allows you to: 

• show that your qualifications, professional experience and further training allow you to meet all the standards of proficiency for your profession; and 

• signpost us to the specific evidence in your application that supports this. 

If you do not provide a completed mapping document, or if it cannot be followed, your application will be delayed.
