Our offices will be closed from 5pm on Friday 29 April until 9am on Tuesday 3 May 2022

During this time our phone lines, public email inboxes and social media will not be actively monitored.

If you contact us during the break, we will respond to your query as soon as possible when we return. Thank you for your patience.

Physiotherapist renewals 

The deadline for physiotherapist renewals is 30 April 2022.

All physios will need to have copleted their declaration and paid their renewal fee (via their online account) by this date.

If you're encountering an issue while we're closed, please see below for information on how to resolve it. 

Renewals issues

  • If you've made your declaration and your renewal fee has left your bank account, but the online Register doesn't show your new registration dates, please don't worry.

    This is because our records don't update instantly, and require some processing time. All successful renewals will be processed by the end of the day after the deadline (for physios, 1 May 2022).

    There will be no time during which you will be unregistered.

  • If you encounter issues with logging into your account during this time, please make sure you've activated the account. You can do this by visiting hcpc-uk.org/activate.

    If you continue to experience issues, please contact renewals@hcpc-uk.org with full details as soon as possible.

    If you're not able to complete your renewal before the deadline, unfortunately you may be required to apply for readmission.

  • If you do not have access to your mobile phone, or cannot complete the two-factor authentication process, please contact renewals@hcpc-uk.org with full details as soon as possible.

  • If you can't activate your account, please visit the activation page (hcpc-uk.org/activate) and use the 'Change email and activate' button.

    You'll be asked to identify yourself using personal data. When you've done this, you'll be able to use an alternative email address to activate the account.

    You'll then be able to log in as normal, via: myaccount.hcpc-uk.org
