We are delighted to introducing our four new Council Members and two new Council Apprentices.

During the period of National Mourning, the HCPC’s core regulatory work will continue. Our offices will be closed on Monday 19 September 2022 for the national Bank Holiday for the Queen’s State Funeral.

We introduced our quality assurance model in September 2021. In replacing our previous model, we aimed for the HCPC’s Education function to be flexible, intelligent and data-led in our risk-based quality assurance of education providers.

We want to get you back on the Register as soon as possible. Please follow these steps to make sure you've reapplied correctly. 

We emailed education providers due their performance review in 2023-24 in late June. Providers who will undergo the process this year (2023-24) will have been given specific requirements and a key contact to work with at the HCPC.

The deadline for clinical scientists, prosthetists/orthotists and speech and language therapists to complete their registration renewal is fast approaching

There's just one week until 1 September 2023, when the updated HCPC standards of proficiency come into effect. We encourage all registrants to ensure they understand the updates and are ready to integrate them as far as they relate to their scope of practice.
