We've been working to make it easier for registrants to claim tax relief on their registration fees and manage aspects of their own registration and our most recent improvement is now live.

Information for students and applicants about applying for registration

In 2018, we raised the level of qualification for paramedics’ registration. Previously paramedics needed to achieve ‘Equivalent to Certificate of Higher Education’ to become registered. Currently they need to achieve ’Bachelor degree with honours’.
